Product Guarantee & Return Policy
Monolith LLC provides a thirty (30) day satisfaction guarantee. Your satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your web purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase date for a refund or exchange. Note: Healthcare, food, and perishable items are not returnable. Items must be returned in new and sellable condition, in the original packaging, with all parts and literature including warranties and instructions. The item must also include a copy of the original invoice. Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be returned. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for returns unless the item is defective. After 30 days, contact the manufacturer for warranty information. To return an item to Monolith-LLC.com contact Customer Service at 571-229-2107 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an OCONUS order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
